How do we keep our blood healthy?
today Mrs Wiri cooked some red meat like liver,bacon and steak.We ate some iron in the red meat and some of us liked liver.
Liver has the most iron in it so you should eat some every week.
The children all tasted the liver, bacon and steak. Yum!!
